How can I add funds to my account?

You can add funds to your account using cryptocurrency, TrueMoney Cash Card, or Razer Gold PIN (THB). Payments are typically processed within a few minutes after confirmation. If your balance is still not updated within 30 minutes, please contact our support team and provide your transaction ID so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.

How soon can I start using it after purchase?

After a successful purchase, access will be activated automatically and instantly. You can start using it right away without any additional approval.

Where can I download my purchase?

You can download your purchased items from the Customer Dashboard. Go to your account page, then select the Download menu to access the files or items you have purchased.

What happens if the system is updating or temporarily offline for maintenance?

While the system is being updated or temporarily offline for maintenance, your remaining usage time will be paused automatically until the system becomes available again.

What is the refund policy?

If updates are significantly delayed or development is discontinued, we will provide compensation as account credit only, which you can use toward services or future purchases.
