Terms of Service

By accessing or using this website and its services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility and Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

2) Service Description

  • The Service provides access to digital products and/or rented software/services through your customer account and dashboard.
  • After a successful purchase, access is activated automatically and instantly.

3) Payments, Account Credit, and Top-Ups

  • You can add funds using cryptocurrency, TrueMoney Cash Card, or Razer Gold PIN (THB).
  • Processing is typically completed within a few minutes after confirmation.
  • If your balance is not updated within 30 minutes, contact support and provide your transaction ID for review.
  • You are responsible for ensuring payment details (amount, address/ID, PIN, etc.) are correct before submitting.

4) Delivery and Downloads

  • Purchased items (if any) can be downloaded from the Customer Dashboard (Account → Download).
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection can access and download the content.

5) Maintenance and Downtime

  • We may perform updates, maintenance, or temporary downtime.
  • During maintenance/offline periods, remaining usage time will be paused automatically and will resume once the Service is available again.

6) Refunds and Compensation

  • All sales are generally final unless stated otherwise.
  • If updates are significantly delayed or development is discontinued, compensation will be provided as account credit only, which can be used toward services or future purchases.
  • No cash refunds will be provided for such compensation.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful activities
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, share access improperly, or exploit the Service
  • Interfere with servers, networks, or other users
  • Reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service except where permitted by law

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.

8) Third-Party Services

  • The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., payment providers, hosting).
  • We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services beyond our control.

9) Disclaimer

  • The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount allowed by law, if higher).

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
