Privacy Policy

How we handle your information when you use our service.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. What we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we collect:

  • Account details: your name, email, password hash, and sign-in information.
  • Transactions: top-ups, purchases, balances, payment references, and any prepaid or gift card codes you submit.
  • Usage details: product access, device identifiers, operating system, product version, and usage times received from the Loader.
  • Referrals and payouts: referral activity, rewards, and wallet details when you request a payout.
  • Support and technical information: messages you send us, IP addresses, browser details, error reports, and administrative records.

We receive this information from you, your use of the service, and payment providers. Error reports may include request details, cookies, and submitted data, depending on the monitoring settings.

2. How we use it

We use information to run your account, process payments, provide product access, manage referrals and payouts, and help with support requests. It also helps us fix problems, prevent misuse, and keep accurate records. Without information needed for a particular feature, we may be unable to provide it.

3. When we share it

We do not sell your personal information. Authorized team members and providers such as Cloudflare, NOWPayments, Binance, TMPAY, and Sentry may process it to operate the service. Support platforms such as Discord also apply their own privacy policies. Some providers may process data overseas.

If you use a referral code, its owner can see related activity, transaction and reward amounts, and a masked email identifier.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. You can manage them in your browser, though blocking them may affect these features.

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. It processes signals such as IP addresses and browser information. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

5. Keeping information safe

We use encrypted connections, password hashing, and access controls to protect information, though no system is completely secure.

We retain information as needed to provide services and resolve issues. Some transaction and audit records may remain after you stop using your account.

6. Your choices and contact

You can manage your password and active sessions in account settings. To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@mammothz.com.

We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained. We’ll explain if we cannot fully complete your request.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above, with additional notice or consent where required.
